After Mulder asks him if he's feeling better: Like a new man
I'd have to give him an eight. Rough it!Krycek is -well rough. He's got a bit of stubble which I ordinarily wouldn't mind but he looks as though he's been spending the night sleeping in bus stations or something. One would think that selling government secrets would be a bit more -well lucrative. Granted Krycek would be inclined to keep a low profile but that profile is a bit too low.
On the other hand, after he cleans up he does look rather tasty.
Espionage: Selling government secrets will get you that.
Weapons possession: When guns are outlawed…
Other than that he didn't really do anything. Well okay so he yelled at Jeraldine. Not exactly a capital or even arrestable offense. Mulder, on the other hand, was not very well behaved in this episode.
