Hi, my name is Russ Wielt. I am 23 years old and I have been researching my ancestors for about 2 years now. I have been having a lot of fun with this and now I consider it my favorite hobby. The reason why I started researching was to help my mother come to know who her grandparents were. It kind of amazed me that my mother didn't know hardly anything about them. I guess I took for granted everyone knew their grandparent's, but I realize now that not everyone does. I then wanted to find out who my ancestors were so my mother would know.Like I said earlier, I am 23 years old born feb. 4, 1975. I have an identical twin brother, his name is Jeff Wielt. I have 2 older sisters, their names are Tammy Klebba and Kathy Burgin, and I had another brother his name was Gary Wielt. He died september 5, 1987. He raced motorcycles professionally, he died in a race in Springfield, Illinois. My mother's name is Shirley Wielt and my father's name is Tom Wielt.
