Terms of Listing:
- All postings are at the request and legal responsibility of the submitting
customer.
- Any requests for removal of posting will be processed in one week or less from
receipt of request
- Electronic notification will be made following receipt of payment and photo.
- Electronically submitted text information may be posted to a site before or
after receipt of photo, pending internal scheduling.
- This is a family oriented site, intended to enhance the experience of having a
newborn. KathysPhotoPics reserves the right to remove or exclude any posting in the
event it is questionable in source, nature or any other aspect.
- Payment will be returned on any postings excluded due to content.
- In all instances, liability of KathysPhotoPics shall be limited to payment
received by KathysPhotoPics.
