Jeff and I decided to go to New Orleans and Florida, to get away from the snowy winter! We had one week and a lot of
destinations. We started out Friday, Feb 6 at 4am and by the time we arrived in New Orleans on saturday, it still wasn't hot
enough for me! Florida was warmer, but we were only there to enjoy it for 2 days! New Orleans was pretty
crazy! The city livens up at night, with mini mardi gras celebrations and strange people who like to dress up in
costumes! We were expecting to go scuba diving in Florida, but instead we went snorkelling with the Manatees! They are
very large, gentle mammals that like to be scratched. We had a great trip, so check out our pictures.
