- There is no
penalty fee if your plane is delayed, cancelled or does not land at all.
- If you need
to cancel your reservation, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time and there will be NO
charge.
- We always
call you a day before to reconfirm your reservation. If you cancel your trip after confirmation call, there will be a cancellation
charge. Late cancellation will be charged as below…

Domestic travelers. - If you arrive to one of the Florida
Airports and somehow we are late, please go to nearest coffee place in the airport and have a cup of coffee from us. Please
keep your receipt, our driver will deduct your drink from your total bill amount and also you will get your discount according
our delay policy.

International travelers.- Our company must be notified
of any delays in baggage claim area and/or customs area that will exceed 1 hour 30 minutes, so we can notify our
driver. Otherwise, he (she) will leave the airport and a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. Please use the public phone
available in those areas to call our toll free number 1-877-APLUS-20
- Extra stops
along the way and any waiting periods are subject to an extra fee: each stop is $5.00 for first 5 minutes, $5.00 for
each 5 minutes of waiting. If the stop is out of the way, first 5 minutes charge will be $15.
- Customer is
responsible for any TOLL FEES along the way and any PARKING FEES at the airport.
- There will
be 20% surcharge for the pick-ups after 11:00 P.M. and before 6:00 A.M.
- For cruise
and international arrivals, you will be charged extra $ 20.00. Our complimentary waiting time is 1 hour 30 minutes after your
plane or ship's arrival. Then we charge $ 15.00 for each 15 minutes.
- All red-eye
flights will be charged 20% more than regular price even the flight arrives after 6:00 A.M.
- 20% service
fee will be added to all prices.
