The Frequency Project was an e-zine dedicated to electronic music in all it's forms. This included MIDI and modules based music, as well as Industrial, Techno, and Ambient music. The magazine was an execuatable file along with various other runtime files. The 'zine was distributed electronically via the web site & a mailing list. The mailing list sent new issues MIME encoded so you got the latest news right when it was released.
