| Q. Will my pictures be safe?
A. We will treat your pictures as if they were our own. We will return them in the same condition we received them. |
| Q. What about the music selection?
A. We have a vast library of selections. If we don't have it we will try to get it for you. |
| Q. How long will it take to get my Video Album?
A. Allow 3-4 weeks for completion. |
| Q. What information do you need from me?
A. That's up to you. If you want your pictures in a special order you will have to number them. If you want certain photos grouped together you must do this. Any special instructions you will have to let us know. |
| Q. Are there any size restrictions on the photos?
A. We can use most any size. |
| Q. Can any photo be used?
A. Yes, color or black and white. Clarity is important. |
| Q. After I
receive my video can I make any changes?
A. Yes, within reason. You can make changes within the video, change captions, picture order in the clip, title changes. Just remember you have 3 days to make up your mind, after that changes will be at an additional cost. |
