On September 2006, We decided to undergo some major home renovations. We have torn down our sun room, and are building a big great room, pinball room, mud and powder room, and then upstairs a luxury master suite with walk in closet, and craft room. We began with selecting our architect, Todd Anderson of Todd Anderson Design, and then we picked our contractor, Chad Services with PC Construction.  The house is a mess right now, as in our living room we have all the furniture from the sun room, and with a concert grand piano, it makes it a bit squishy. We are also redesigning our kitchen, and so we will have that room torn apart next. No cooking for me at least, not until the project completion date of October 15, 2007.  (This date has now changed by 4 months ) Will we make that date...let's just say I hope so. This page is where we will keep the photos updating the experience...

This is going to be my color scheme

as work continues I will update the photos...

the outside patio will be going away as the master bedroom has a six foot lania that will go over the top of the stamped concrete. We will have the outside bar and fridge closer to the house as well  If I make the change, I will  move the outside sitting area closer to the house on the stamped concrete deck, and on the back deck keep the gazebo with the dining table, and both grills.

Patrick's den will become our exercise room

We updated the cabintry with custom cabinets, mirror and shelves in

guest bath from Craftsman Kitchen. The 2 1/2 think cement counter came from Estate Castings.

The kitchen has been gutted and everything is being made new and custom. I can't wait for my kitchen.

living room

Master bed now but will be my office soon. Update: This room also had to be torn down. The foundation was rotting wood on dirt and would not have supported the weight of an addition on top.

My office now will be Kaeleh's room.
