League Congress

The following individuals comprise the officers of the league. With the exception of the Commissioners, Congressmen serve for a period of 4 seasons. An election is held during every off-season for one of the Congress seats. The Commissioners are lifetime appointments.

Issues may be presented to Congress at any time. If you have an issue or a proposed rule change to the League Constitution, email any member of Congress with your proposal.
