Principal Bill Roth announced the appointment of fellow alumnus Roland San Nicolas '91 to the position of Alumni Relations Coordinator.  The Alumni Office will be responsible for the organization of the alumni association, publication and distribution of  the "Phoenix Tradition" newsletter, updating the database, and coordinating events that will get alumni more involved with the school.  If you did not receive the last edition of the Phoenix Tradition (May-July 1999), or have recently changed your address, feel free to contact Roland San Nicolas at 671-734-2261.
 

The Alumni Office is always open to suggestions. If you have any ideas on how the school and /or the newsletter can be of support to all FDMS alumni, feel free to contact us.

The 2000 FDMS Alumni Basketball Tournament was a huge success. The Class of '90 worked very hard to put on a great event.  Kudos to alumni Sam San Gil, Joe and John Tuquero, Richard Devera and the rest of the '90 Reunion Committee who organized a great tournament.  Ultimately, the championship game was a classic as the Class of '96 edged out the Class of '79! 

The 2001 tournament is approaching and will be organized by the Class of 1991.  Tentatively, the 91 Reunion Committee has scheduled the tournament for July 2001..  For more information regarding the tournament, page Joe Taijeron at 721-5017.
