Whether you relax your hair, wear locs, or weaves, I'm sure most of us have had our share of ups and downs when it comes to
our hair and salons. Over the years I've certainly had my share. I've dealt everything from stylists with nasty attitudes
to chemical burns from hair relaxers.
This caused me to take matters into my own hands. I do my own hair which is currently natural and touches my shoulder
blades. It takes me about 5 hours to wash, condition, blowdry, and flatiron my hair. While I can do a decent job, a good hairdresser
will do a great job and in a shorter period of time. Not to mention, the experience of being pampered that you miss out on
by not going to a salon. Then there are those salon services that are better left to the professionals.
That said I've decided to take my quest to the internet. If you think you have the salon or stylist for me and the rest of
the Black women of Philadelphia, please submit your recommendation. I'll even post it to the website for all to see.
