The first GPK exclusive Online Set by Topps; but unlike their Wacky Packages releases, a completed collated set cannot be found within a single purchased box. Topps also released GPK Greeting Cards online during November of 2013.

Like many GPK Special Backs for the recent Topps' sets—green with a nostalgic 'all-new' star-like pattern, the new characters for the BNS mini set have special backs that read 'MINI STICKER EXCLUSIVE' found randomly; these are cards only, and not stickers. The cards number 195 - 198 and follow the numerical sequence of the BNS3 checklist that ends at 194; however, the exclusive card names are not found on the checklist since they're reproductions and miniaturizations of the original retail releases.

The Mini Cards measure 2 1/4 x 3 1/8 like many international card sizes, often referred to as miniature, mini, small, et cetera sizes. In some European countries (especially the UK) this card size is considered and called 'cigarette cards'; since, historically, trading cards were often found attached to cigarette packs back in the day.

Two online GPK Mini Cards Ad Banners could be found on the Topps website promoting the BNS card set.

The Wrapper Image created by John Pound in 1986, contains the OS2 character 65a Shrunken Ed & 65b Cheeky CHARLES; the image cannot be found within the Mini BNS set. The wrapper is very reminiscent of the OS5 set.

The set of Mini Cards are in fact cards, Not Stickers—no die-cuts, and for some strange reason, the 'peel here' arrow has been left intact and not removed. International releases of old, of the same size, were in fact stickers, with the 'peel here' arrow turned around, facing the outer edge of the card, non-die-cut with the entire card being a sticker.

SAMPLE: ARTIST BRENT ENGSTROM

GPK artist Mark Pingitore created two images for the Mini BNS set, one character can be found on the box packaging. The color rough images for characters of cards 195a Gamey JAMIE & 195b Dead NED and 196a Extracted EARL & 196b Rotten RALPH can be seen below.

The image for cards 197a Repulsive RALPH & 197b Beasty BOB is very reminiscent of Topps' Ugly Stickers franchise and is a direct adaptation of Norm Saunders' Ugly Sticker #44 from 1965; based off of concepts by Basil Wolverton that has been creatively re-imagined by David Gross for the BNS Mini set. The image can also be seen within Topps' October 2013 Artists On Demand line, found online via the Topps shop, by artist Dustin Graham. An Ugly Stickers custom 1/1 artist color sketch card he created. Also created as a special Ugly Santas Topps card by Joe Simko.

The set is an anthology of the Brand-New Series retail releases showcasing all images from the BNS1 (110 cards), BNS2 (146 cards) and BNS3 (132 cards) sets for a total of 396 cards found in the base set. Due to the large base card size, there are five checklists for the set.
