They are found in your windows directory:

encode.exe used to encrypt current path.

decode.exe used to decrypt current path

You must first use the pass program to enter your numeric password, then change to the desired directory and enter the command you wish, this of course is providing you have a path statement to your windows directory in your autoexec.bat ie. PATH=C:\WINDOWS

Once in windows they are turned off for security reasons.
