We are earning points for new technology by recycling
ink jet and laser printer cartridges.
Help us reach our goal of 5000 points!

Bring in those empty printer cartridges!
The class that brings in the most cartridges by June will win a pizza party!

About PS 19
PS 19 is one of the largest K-5 elementary schools in NYC with an enrollment of 2040 students. Our slogan "Education Through Cultural Diversity" exemplifies the effective instructional program we provide our students, who emigrate from 47 countries and speak 27 languages. As a community of learners, we work together to provide education based on excellence and high standards for all students. We have established five Schools Within A School- Bookmaking & Publishing, Math, Science, & Technology, Communications and Performing Arts, American Studies, and the Marino Jeantet School. Our Mission

All children can and will learn. We will create a place of learning for everyone - students, teachers, administrators, parents, and community members, so that every child achieves the highest level of academic excellence as well as an appreciation of the arts. The educational, social, and emotional needs of all students will be addressed, enabling them to become productive citizens in our culturally diverse community.
