HI!

While surfing the net this evening, I checked out the HEHS page and then my own profile, and realized it needs to be updated. Since I have moved to England, even my mailing address has changed. The only thing that hasn't is my photo and email address. So here goes:

Donna Wilson
PSC 41, Box 2621
AO AE 09464

phone: (International) 001-44-1353-722-726
azoreandonna@aol.com

In August 2003, I moved to Soham, England. Now I teach four-year-olds on RAF Lakenheath, which is an American Air Force Base about an hour north of London. I bought a house in Soham (a rather large and very nice house, I might add, with a big yard for the dogs).
I go to London frequently, but not too often, since I prefer the slower pace where I live, which is a farming community in the very flat Fens.
This past summer, Jacqui Thornburg visited me for two weeks and we went to Ireland for a few days whlle she was here and London and all over the area! Later in the summer (after I spent the month of July in the states), my daughter and her family visited for ten days. It was a very busy summer and a great time was had by all!
Techically I can retire after school year 2005-2006, with 30 years of Federal Service (NEXT YEAR!!! YIKES), but at this point, I don't know where I would like to live AR (After Retirement). I probably will not move to another country though, unless it is back to the US. This school year I do have plans to visit Italy a couple of times and also Iceland, in hopes of seeing the Northern Lights!

Anyway, thanks for keeping the page up. I am taking another graduate level web class in web page making with the University of Northern Iowa. I don't know what I will ever do anything major with the knowledge, but I just want to do it!

Thanks, Donna

Patty Bias traveled from her home in California to visit old friends during the Christmas holidays. A get together was held at the Herd Cafe on December 22nd. I guess we know where the favorite gathering place in Huntington is located.

Donna Wilson made her sojourn all the way from the Azores during the Christmas Holidays. Looks a happy gathering at the Herd Cafe in downtown Huntington.

Spike and Barbara Pennington celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary and the 20th anniversary of his 39th birthday at the Holiday Inn in Cocoa Beach, Fl on the 13th of December. Celebrations were in conjunction with the Cocoa Beach Power Squadron's annual Christmas party.

Spike has always been accused of being a cheap skate. He got three parties for the price of one.
