Miracles can happen,
Especially at Christmas time!

Author Janet Elaine Smith believes that the age of miracles is far from past. She would like to invite you to come along to a very special story that began at McDonald's and ended with Santa getting the best gift of his life in A Chritmas Dream.

Then go back in time to a logging camp in Northern Minnesota and a very special tree that seemed to impart miracles on Christmas Eve. This is the tale of the first half of A Lumberjack Christmas. In the second half, you will meet the same family, but three generations later. This family has more problems than any family deserve to have, but especially at Christmas. Grandma is in a nursing home and hasn't said a word in months, and that has Grandpa in a tizzy. Mom and Dad are threatening to get a divorce, and the little girl overhears them talking. She goes to see if Santa can help her out, but she discovers that he is Jewish, so that plan is scrapped in a hurry. Even the dog is acting abnormal and won't move from the davenport.
One by one, they all decide to go back to the special tree in the logging camp to see if they can get some miracles of their own. Nobody needs them more than this family!
