STRATEGIC ROLE
Support development and maintenance of an Alliance Program plan for Ericsson activities to support development
of an Mobile Internet Services industry in Malaysia
Support development, maintenance and management of processes for cooperation with partners in the area of
Mobile Internet services application development through the Ericsson Mobility World, with the goal to exceed or meet associate/partner
expectations
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Support the Manager, Alliance Program in managing Ericsson (M) Sdn. Bhd (ECM).'s relationship to the Ericsson
Mobility World (EMW) Associates (Malaysia Focal members) This includes managing expectations and follow up Ericsson's performance
Act as catalyst to stimulate and identify new business opportunities for EMW Associates and Ericsson in cooperation
with the Manager Alliance Program & Solutions management Department (ECM/Telecom Management(TM))
Develop and execute the technical support program to EMW Associates, covering seminars, training, advise,
actual technical support & testing/certification of application
Responsible for managing and maintaining a relevant and up-to-date technical lab environment available for
EMW Associates and others
Support the Mobile Internet awareness and education program in Malaysia (ie. Vertical markets/universities/selected
communities etc)
Support Solutions Management team (ECM/TM) with marketing and sales activities such as presentation and customer
discussions.
Maintain good working relation with all Ericsson units & third parties to ensure a high level of communication
and cooperation.
Keep up to date on technical industry trends
Provide monthly reports regarding status of activities.
Supply and Support Ericsson Network product to Ericsson External Customers.
