MANUAL PROXY CONFIGURATION

Note:

JANGAN PAKAI PROXY  episd.elpaso.k12.tx.us - port 8080 LAGI!!!!! SILA TUKAR SEMUA  episd.elpaso.k12.tx.us ref  dengan proxy lain dalam list yg aku bagi.  Nanti aku update captured screen image bwh ni.

     

Step 1

Start MS Explorer. Pilih VIEW - OPTIONS.

 
 Step 2

Dari  Folder GENERAL, click ke folder CONNECTION .

 

Step 3
 

Folder CONNECTION - Move & Click mouse  pada Connect through proxy server.
Click settings.

 

Step 4

Masukkan parameter seperti CONTOH berikut:

Click OK beberapa kali & SELESAI.

 Namely;

HTTP: Hypertext Transfer Protocol (for web pages)

Security: Is for HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) (for conducting encrypted sessions on internet over regular HTTP protocol. Mainly used for obtaining Credit Card information for online commerce)

FTP: File Transfer Protocol (For transfering from your computer to your web site or vice versa from other web sites to your computer)

GOPHER: (Go for!) Is obsolote now. It is text based indexing of internet. WWW replaced it.

WAIS: (Wide Area Indexing Services) Similiar to GOPHER. It is obsolote too.

 

Click OK and then again OK.That is it. Now your browser is configured. Click on RELOAD button in your browser's main page. And you will view the site or surf internet anonymously.
