The computer has a built in floppy disk, and I added a built in ZIP drive to it, and later I bought a 56K modem for it.
The new Pentium 1, was very nice because it had 256 color graphics, instead of black and white, or 16 color graphics.
I needed the upgrades also, because I could install more software programs, and have enough RAM memory to make the software run better.
The computer came with a keyboard, a mouse. I bought a 15 inch, SVGA, CRT monitor for it. The computer had a sound card, and mini stereo speakers; then I upgraded it to a Powercube Speaker System with a 15 watt amplified stereo with a sub-woofer, and two 10 watt, 2.1 inch stereo speakers. I bought a color computer printer for the computer, also. Eventually, the computer patch cords wore out so I had to buy new ones for the computer. The Pentium 2 computers came out in 1999, they replaced the Pentium 1 computers; and the of Intel processor, and RAM memory was made differently. So, so there was no compatible way, to further upgrade the Pentium 1 clone pro computers.
