Reinstalling the Vaio's software by the installation disk. The computer makes installation disks to use when the computer Windows XP; reinstall and the Windows complete reinstall, wont work. This can happen if the computer is turned off improperly, or if there is a power shortage.
I insert the installion disk #1 then turn computer on. Insert the other disks when required, too. When it says finished, then remove the disks and press the finish icon button.
It will turn on again, and will give all the computer Windows XP set up, instructions.
All the software that was originally preinstalled on the computer will also be installed, also. - 2007
