RENTAL PROCEDURE

or 408-255-6572 to check for current availability.
- I accept checks or Paypal. Credit cards will be accepted via
Paypal.
- The units are specifically reserved for the week of Sunday,
1/13/2002 through Sunday, 1/20,2002. Only these dates can be used.
- Upon receipt and clearing of your personal check, or receipt
of Paypal funds, I will notify Marriott that you will occupy the
unit, providing your name and address. In seven to ten days, Marriott
will mail a guest certificate directly to you.
- There are no additional costs. However, Marriott will take an
imprint of your credit card for security on return of the room
key and to pay for incidentals.
- All sales are final. Once the guest certificate is issued in
your name, I cannot refund your purchase.
