What are the requirements to join Maryland Advanced Speakers Club (MASC)?

Membership in good standing in a "home" club of
Toastmasters International
Attainment of Competent Toastmaster (CTM),
Able Toastmaster (ATM), or
Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) distinction
in Toastmasters International
Dues of $42 a year, payable in September and March.
 (When joining, dues for that semi-annual period will
be prorated.)

Why doesn't MASC allow new Toastmasters to join?

MASC is not a replacement for a regular home club.  It is an
advanced forum for those who have mastered the introductory
techniques and want to challenge themselves and help others
polish their skills.  Club members also belong to their home
clubs throughout District 18.

August's meeting will be on August 28, 1999, 

9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.
