ASU police reported the following incidents Wednesday:

A 19-year-old male ASU student was arrested early Tuesday morning at the Cholla Apartments and charged with having alcohol in his system and giving false information to law enforcement. An officer responded to a room in Cholla after receiving a report from a resident assistant of a male urinating off a third-floor balcony. The officer asked the suspect for his personal information. The suspect reportedly gave a false last name and told police he had consumed 3 or 4 Natural Light beers.

Tempe police reported the following incidents Thursday:

A 44-year-old Scottsdale woman was arrested Wednesday night in the 1000 block of East Apache Boulevard after an officer saw a pipe used to smoke illegal drugs in plain view in her motel room, police said. The officer also allegedly saw a small amount of a white powder substance in plain view, which he believed to be cocaine, as he was collecting the pipe for evidence, police said. A warrant check revealed two felony warrants, police said. The woman was booked and held for the warrants.
