Hebert believed that the detective was a 14-year-old boy, said Sgt. Travis Anglin, a spokesman for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. Hebert allegedly exchanged e-mails with the detective posing as a boy for three months, Anglin said. Hebert, a registered sex offender who worked for a delivery company, was being held on one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.
