Tuesday, Nov 15, 2005 Arizona Republic Buckeye police officer arrested after quarrel BUCKEYE A Buckeye police officer has been placed on paid administrative leave following a disturbance at a Glendale apartment complex, authorities said Monday. Bruce Dwayne Osborne, 40, a nearly one-year-member of the Buckeye force, was booked Sunday into the Glendale city jail on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing police. Police said that a combative Osborne smelled of alcohol and used repeated profanities when confronted by police at a complex in the 6700 block of North 83rd Avenue.
