  Arizona Law on Trespassing - ARS 13-1502 and 13-1503 Trespassing is often committed by the homeless as second and third degree offenses; Class 2 or 3 misdemeanors - unlawfully entering non-residential paropery where notice is posted or verbal notice has been given. Second degree offenses are punishable by up to four months in jail and $740 in fines; third degrees are punishable by up to 30 days in jail and $500 in fines.
