Getting Ready for the Parade

Scooter with his "Long Cart"

Just an overview of our kids. Scooter was practicing for a summer parade. Cart made especially to hold a sign designating our Agility Group in the parade. Annie (Canadian Champion Pondside Wings of an Angel) is our youngest, Oct/2/01, and is shown beside her sire - Mercer's Sunrise Serenade (Riser).

Playing in the Snow

Our poms live together, play together, and get along well with other dogs.  The only time any of them are separated from the rest, is when the girls are in season and only then.  They know who they think is boss - however, in the big picture - the boss job belongs to my husband and myself.  No matter what they might think.

Just a small explanation of how our Annie got her name. She was born by c-section, with mom being spayed at the same time. I had just advised the Veterinarian to "spay the mom" and the technician was "swinging" the newborn (a singleton). The next thing I saw was a little black blurp fly past my eyes - I was devastated! A good friend was with me, she stayed in the room, I covered my eyes and ran out of the room. As I left, heard a little splash! The puppy landed in a sink full of water across the room! She had to be "Wings of an Angel" as there was certainly an angel flying with her on her birthday!
