Special: Hell's Light

Appearance of special: Sion puts hius hands as if doing a gallet gun, and yell's Hells Light. A small dark Blue Core of energy emerges in front of his hands. White ki shimers all areound it. His Ki has lighting blots in it. He may Charge it up for less then a mintue, making it about the size of a basket ball, or five to six minutes having being the size of a city. If SIon is outside, tehn all teh sky turns black and a lighting storm begins. If Sion is inside then he takes all of the energy of the lights to his attack.. After shooting the attack Sion's power level is higher for about 15 minutes, or as long as his ki has lightning in it.
