Bio: Kou as a child had great power and grew up to enhance it. He and Sion became the leaders of a fraction of the Sayajin Army. Rubun and Raz for some strange reason killed some of their troops and so thought the king. So Kou and Sion sent out their troops to kill them or at least find out what was going on.
