Hilario Viseo

Bio: Even as a child Hilario had a tendicy to fight. He grew up on Earth with his family. Hilario constintly got in trouble for beating up kids in his class for calling him Grinch, and Greeny cause of his Namekian color. One day at school Hilario beat up the school bully, and a great fighter by the name of Teo saw this. Teo trained Hilaro in the Martial Art his father Bart had made up. It was called Bart-Fu. Bart-Fu is a deadly combaination of mental and physical abilites. With this Hilario became a much better warrior. Later Teo died of a disease, leaving Hilario the only one left that knew Bart-Fu, though he had not mastered it yet. Hilario now strives to win the next big tournament, and show everybody how great Bart-Fu is.

Appearance: Hilario charges up his Ki. It flys around him like a tornado. Hilario then jumps into the air and begins to spin rapidly. After he reaches his higest speed, he hits his oppenet with a back fist, badly injuring them.
