Name: Miff
Race: Human
Ki Colour: Dark Grey
Bio: Miff was born to a happy family of fishermen, who enjoyed a good
life.  Miff worked hard to do everything he could for his family, but
it wasn't much.  At twelve, he decided to leave to talk to a man known
as the turtle hermit so he could become strong and work harder.
He spent several months training himself on Master Roshi's island, and
became a strong man indeed.  Before he left he learned the kamehameha
technique.  Through his training with Master Roshi, he lived in the
wilderness for weeks, honing his ability.  He eventually met a man
named Master Monk, and learned the Amenbono Jyutsu technique, and ran
across to his families home.
His home was in ruins.  His family was dead.  It struck a blow on Miff,
and he swore to get back at whoever did it, though he knew this would
not bring back his family.
Moves: Amenbono Jyutsu, Kame Hame Ha, Kame Hame Ha Gaeshi
Special move: Pain Aldrenaline
Appearance of special move: When he has been hurt enough, Miff heals a
bit and enters a quick witted battle rage, in which he moves at twice
his normal speed.  It has no appearance other than the blur of movement.
