Due to lack of funding and lack of interest, Project Zig has been shut down. We will, however, leave posted the data collected in hopes that others may learn from the past.

Our research activities seems to have drawn the attention of the movement. We were recently contacted by one of the members of the cult via e-mail. The message is both telling and ominous. It reads in part, "I would like to point out that we are a peaceful group, dedicated to achieving peace through peaceful means. We have no intentions of eliminating all world governments so our glorious leader CATS can take over." The message is currently being analyzed by our cryptology experts. Some here at Project Zig ponder if this cult member may be trying to reach out and break free of the movement. Intelligence gathered through an inside contact could prove valuable. We will continue to monitor this new situation.

After much prowling, project members feel they have located a source of funding for the movement. This online shop is one of several that deals in cult merchandise. Yet another propaganda distribution site was also located.

Here is an example of the many distribution sites from which the movement supplies its members with material for their own Web sites. Project Zig will endeavor to catalogue and shut down these points of distribution.

We have located the source of the cult's "soundtrack," a group that operates under the codename The Laziest Men on Mars. This site also points project members to a new online location of the flash video.

Project members have identified this flash video as one of the most insideous distribution channels for the cult's ideas. It is also one of the clearest examples of how dangerous these ideas can be.

The Global Internet Monitoring Institute (GIMI) has created this Web page to inform the public about our latest online monitoring initiative, Project Zig. Alerted to the formation and spread of a new cult, the so called "All Your Base" movement, Project Zig was started to fulfill three objectives:
1) Understand and explore the "All Your Base" cult
2) Monitor its development and expose its objectives
3) Identify individuals and organizations involved in the cult and stop their activities
