Quarterly magazine published by the International Council for Technical Communication (Intecom), the federation of national technical communication associations, based primarily in Europe. The magazine often includes articles and commentary on international topics such as translation issues and controlled language as well as generic topics in tech comm, such as usability and document design. Even the generic topics take on an international and intercultural cast, however. TC-Forum now has a World Wide Web edition at www.tc-forum.org.
