Paper can be trimmed to an intermediate size (ex: 4"x6", 8"x10"), and the price will fall under the type of paper it is and what dimension range it is in (up to 9"x12", or greater than 9"x12" up to 11"x17")
Example 1: The paper cost for an 8"x10" picture on white card stock would be $1.
Example 2: The paper cost for a 10"x10" picture on bristol board would be $2.

--For drawings on a different type of paper than those specified or on paper or board exceeding 11"x17", prices will be negotiated on an individual basis.

--Please include $3 for shipping and handling (USPS First Class plus Certified Mail). If extra packaging is required or if the commission will be unusually heavy, shipping and handling will be calculated individually.

If you want me to draw a picture of a character not your own, you must either A. order a parody picture, B. order a character review (art of the character plus a review of him or her or the show, game, comic, etc. the character comes from; review will be printed either to the side of the art, on the back of the page of art, or on a separate sheet of paper), or C. have the owner of the character notify me of their approval. (If you would like to order a print of a character review using an existing picture in my Art section, please go here for details.) All orders must follow my disclaimer, and I reserve the right to refuse any order for any or no reason.

with a description and/or a picture of what you would like drawn, plus your mailing address. Include what paper you would like it to be on and whether you want pencils, inks, or colored pencils; realism will be done in pencil only. If you have any special requests concerning the paper or shipping format, include those in your initial email (if for some bizarre reason you would rather me color a picture with crayons than colored pencils, this would be the time to tell me). I will contact you with a yea or nay, and when the drawing is done, I will email you with a thumbnail sketch of it (if possible). I WILL ONLY MAIL YOUR DRAWING TO YOU AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED--for commissions exceeding $50, I may wait to mail you drawing until after your check has cleared. With exceptions being made for special orders, all drawings will be mailed via USPS First Class plus Certified Mail.

Please send only checks or money orders (not that I don't accept cash, but you have to accept any risk in sending it). I also accept payments through Paypal. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Timothy S. Flanagan. Money orders are the preferred method of payment. If you would like a refund, you must notify me within thirty days of receiving the artwork, and I must receive the artwork in the same condition in which I sent it before I return your money. I will not be held responsible for damage the artwork may receive during shipping. If the package appears mutilated in some unsatisfactory form, refuse delivery of it so it will be returned to me and we can start over (refund or new drawing).
