you are looking for. I haven't seen them all but I have seen a decent amount of them. Here are some really quick
recommendations.
Basic Takedowns:
The USA Wrestling Coaches Syllabus. Focuses more on finishes.
Ken Chertow: Basic Takedowns, Advanced Takedowns, and Underhook Series.
Takedown Defense:
John Smith Offensive Defense.
Top Position Wrestling:
Mike MacAruthur: Leg and Armbar Techniques.
No Gi Guard:
Dynamic Guard Sweeps Vol 1 by Stephen Keasting.
