Chinese Wushu or the more common name of Kung fu, has been practised for thousands of years by all types of people from the world renowned Shaolin monks to ancient emperors and scholars. Wushu is a complete system of battle tested combat techniques devolped over thousands of years by warriors involved in conflict.

Shifu Vincent Hopkins Major and International Competition achievments for Wushu

1986 - 5th International Koushu Championships (AKA Bloodbath in Taiwan) received outstanding ability award.

1988 - WAKO European & National Soft (Chinese) Forms Champion

1989 - 6th International Koushu Championships - Las Vegas - competed in forms & full contact sparring.

1989 European Invitional Championships - Paris - Duilian (set sparring) routines - Bronze.

1991 1st World Wushu Championships - Beijing, China - Changquan score 9.00 finished around 17th out of 80 athletes and 16th in Broadsword.

1992 European Wushu Championships - UK - Changquan 2nd, Broadsword 3rd, Cudgel 3rd.

Wushu - Shifu Dan Li Jun, teamate of Li Yan Long, 1985 Cudgel Champion, monkey stick 4th place

Zhu Jia Tang lang Quan - Shifu Zhu Hai Tian

Hung Gar & lion dance - Shi Gong Eu Choong Seng - Kwong Siew Wai Kuan Malaysia.
