"Veit" is not buried next to his (ex)-wife Christina, but rather in adjacent row -- ?? perhaps head to head?
He is buried next to J C Pfiffer who died a few months later at age 45 years (Veit died at age 42).
Does this have any implication here?
Or is something wrong with his death date?
There was some indication somewhere of a divorce of Christina & Viet. In the 1860 census image 5/35, Jeff.Village, is listed John Doberiner 30, wife Suzanna 33, and daughter Catherine 6. This is the same image on which John M Welhoefer is listed! In 1870 census, image 3/36, John D. is found again with wife Susan & 4 children.
