This page contains some awards that I have put together to issues to sites that make a positive mark on the Web.  Truth is I got sick of search through the Web and finding trash all over the place, and sites that just waste space.  So I decided I would award the sites that did just the opposite.  Who's knows your site could be one of them.  Below or the rules, the awards, and a submission form for you to look over and decided whether or not your site is worthy of one of my awards!
 

The Rules:

      1. The page should not be a business site.

      2. The page should be attractive and well designed.

      3. The page should express a degree of creativity. Creativity may be expressed in
      graphic arts, programming, content, or any combination of these elements.

      4. The page may not consist solely of links to other pages.

      5. The page may not be rude, crude, or lewd (absolutely no porn).

      6. The page should have consistent navigational aids and all internal links must work.

      7. The page should have legible text with correct spelling and grammar.

      8. The page may use frames, JavaScript, music, animations, and other innovations,
      but must load reasonably fast.

      9. The page should not use "under construction signs". Nominate it only when it's
      ready.

      10. The page should make some contribution to the internet community: humor, art,
      information, entertainment, etc.

      11. The page must be fun!

Weekly Award:  This award will be given out to one site each week.  It will be judged on the criteria mentioned above.  This is not an easy one to win, I'll be looking at: graphics, programming, load time, spelling, content, and most importantly the site's contribution to the Web!  Good Luck to all the applicants!
 

Award of Overall or Individual Excellence:  This award will be issued at random to sites that show overall excellence in the criteria mentioned above.  I will also be looking at graphics, programming, load time, spelling, content, and the site's contribution to the Web for this award but it can be won for excellence in one specific category or overall excellence (awards will be personalized for specific excellence).
 

Best of the Best Award: This award goes out to only the best.  Those sites that excel in all categories mentioned above.  This one won't go out too often and is a good one to try for.  The best of luck to all of you!
