Introduction

One of my favorite Bible passages is Acts 17:10-12: And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11: These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. 12: Therefore many of them believed. . . Many of them believed. Why? Because they searched the Scriptures daily, whether those things were so. No searching the Scriptures, no belief. In Romans 10:17 we read: So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Why is spiritual error and heresy running rampant in America? Why is America becoming so Politically Correct, and no one wants to offend people with the truth? Because Christians are not searching the Scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Granted, every Bible doctrine is important, but there are some doctrines in particular that the Devil has tried to destroy; primarily those which deal with salvation, although there are others. I have done a lot of research, years of research, to bring these doctrines to you.

Under each title will be a short explanation as to how the doctrine is being attacked, and by what group, cult, religion, or denomination. As you read on, you will see that I have not even spared the Baptists, of which I have been since 1973. Following the explanation will be the verses which correctly explain and support the doctrine. In some cases I have made personal comments.

If you come across any additional Scriptures which you feel supports an existing subtitle, or if you have a doctrine which needs to be supported by Scripture, please e-mail or snail mail your ideas and suggestions to:

Abortion is Murder:
All Are Sinners and Separated from God:
Bible Characters and Sin:
All Born-Again Believers Are Saints NOW!:
Contending for the Faith:
Contentment versus Riches: A comparison study which shoots holes through the Charismatic false teaching that all believers are to be wealthy.
Drunkenness Not of God: Is it okay to be a social drinker? Do you care to know what God thinks?
Heaven, the Believer's Final Destiny:
Eternal Security of the Believer/Assurance of Salvation:
The Judgment of God: The Devil has convinced the lost that "God is love," and that He doesn't judge sin. Let's see what God's Word says
Hell, the Destiny of the Lost: If you are not moved by these Scriptures: "He that believeth not is condemned already!" John 3:18
Indwelt by the Holy Spirit at Salvation: The moment a person puts his trust in Jesus for salvation the Holy Spirit comes in to stay!
Jesus had Brothers and Sisters: Jesus didn't have brothers and sisters? I wonder where this teaching came from.
Jesus, the Son of God/God in the Flesh: Jesus was more than just a good teacher or an example; He was the very God of God's come down to earth in the form of a man!
Jesus, the Only Mediator: Roman Catholicism teaches that Mary is a "co-mediatrix" with Jesus. The Bible teaches otherwise.
