The first private art gallery in Kostroma - "Perpetuum Art"- was open by artist Serge Makovey.
He use his private funds and spend a lot of his time on this project. Also project was sponsored by Volokhova E.C. Riga town and Vol'kenshtejn G.M. Kostroma town. Be welcome you in our monthly shows, meetings, happening, etc. Presented artwork is unique. No copies. You can buy artwork directly from our authors in our gallery.
