Wizards Third Rule: Passion Rules Reason.
I.E. In the heat of the moment, or in a stressful situation
we sometimes let our emotions rule our desicions instead of reason.
Take for example a deranged boyfriend doing something crazy just
because he got dumped by his girlfriend. If he would have just taken
time to calm down, he probably could of used his reasoning skills to
think of a better solution.
