I began working with Joe Franco in March, 2007 via Phone Coaching and began Blog Training with Joe in July, 2007 in preparation for my bodybuilding contest held October 27, 2007. Although I used a personal trainer 1-2 times per week during most of my training with Joe, I used Joe's knowledge to help guide my workout splits and he helped tweak my diet. I especially found Joe to be extremely helpful with my training splits that helped keep my body guessing. I was actually able to put on 2 pounds of muscle during my final 14 weeks of dieting while being guided through Joe's Blog Training.

I found Joe to be very helpful through our once per month phone consultations. Joe would check on my progress by having me take pictures every 4 weeks so he could monitor my progress. I always found Joe to be very helpful and extremely positive in my quest to do well in my bodybuilding competition. He always had a way of keeping me on track even if I was not feeling very good about my progress. In the end, all of the hard work paid off and the endless email's from Joe enabled me to gain the confidence I needed to place 1st in the 40+ Master's Pro Qualifier! I am now a WNBF Master's Pro and I placed a very respectable 5th out of 18 in the Open Pro Card competition.

None of this would have happened had I not met Joe Franco. I actually flew out to spend a day with Joe and he helped design my posing routine. Joe also put together my entire last week's "peak week" for my show with regards to training and diet. He has been an extremely positive influence on me and I believe he certainly leads by example. Now, I will take 2 years off to concentrate on working on my overall muscularity and to bring up my weaker body parts as I prepare for my first Professional competition in the summer of 2009, at which time, I will also try to earn my Open Pro Card.

Since December, 2006, I have lost a total of 13" off my waist and have changed my life forever. I have found a hobby that I love in bodybuilding and I am excited to see where my future will lead. As long as I continue to work with Joe, I have no doubts that the next time I take the stage, I will as prepared as any in the competition because of Joe's guidance. To be successful, I am a firm believer that you need a great work ethic, a program that works for you and the burning desire to succeed. However, you also need the guidance of a professional like Joe Franco.

Like most women, I wanted to lose the few pounds of fat from my last pregnancy. A friend of mine started training with Joe awhile back. Knowing I'm a person who takes training seriously, she said to give him a call, but it was the old thing, I liked where I was, and the way I trained. To change surroundings, training habits, was something I felt uncomfortable with, the pure thought of changing was frightening. Although, my desire to compete again was thrilling. I heard Joe competed himself, that intrugued me. I gave Joe a call and met with him.

We discussed the goals I wanted to achieve, shortly after I started training with Joe. The more Joe worked with me, the more I respected and admired him. I found him to be very knowledgeable in every aspect.

4 1/2 months later with Joe's assistance and dedication I achieved my goal. Even though my goal was met, there's always room for improvement, I'm looking forward to continuing my training with him.

When I began weight training, it was with the hope of getting "a little fitter". Having worked with Joe for a year now, I have developed a desire to excel in the weight room. Joe's focus on form and proper program structure has let me continually increase reps, sets and amounts lifted while remaining injury-free. Joe's commitment to excellence, for himself and for his clients, has helped me build a desire to consistently improve my performance. My physical progress has positively impacted all other areas of my life - my focus is keener, I have a heightened sense of self-esteem, and my production at work has increased dramatically.

At 43, I am in the best shape of my life, and I have no doubt that I will continue to make tremendous gains, and outperform my goals by following Joe's training regimen.

I just wanted to say THANKS!!!!!!! I took my son to the Car show yesterday and unlike last year was able to keep up with him. Last year it was horrible I could not even walk a block without having to sit. I would go from one car to another and sit wherever possible. This year was great. We spent 5 hours there and walked around the whole convention center, all floors. With my son we did not miss a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joe, you may think I am nuts but you can't imagine how I am feeling!!!!!! I can do thing I was doing before that I thought I would never do again. Even my boss had commented on the way I run around here. Above all I am having fun.

I feel that you need to know things like this because you are helping people!!!!! to regain confidence and stamina.

I had weighed 453# at 6' tall at one time and had trimmed down to 312#. On March 19, 1998, I started training with Joe in his well equipped home gym. I had my reservations because I was 53yrs old. I also had a lot of physical problems including gouty arthritis, type 2 diabetes and a bad shoulder. Joe designed a special exercise program and within 6 months my weight dropped to 260#. My waist measured 54" when I started training with him and dropped to 41". What amazed me the most was the muscle that was added to my build. The diabetes is no longer and issue...completely off all the medications. The arthritis attacks are still there, but no where as severe as in the past rarely missing a workout. As for the shoulder, Joe had it rehabilitated in a very short amount of time. I worked with Joe off and on till this past fall of '99. I continue to workout on my own and am still seeing significant changes using his methods. I know that Joe is there for me whenever I need his expertise. He's only an e-note away.

I have worked out off and on for about 5 years, but I never experienced the surprising results with F.I.T.'s one on one training. They first assisted me in purchasing the right fitness equipment for the amount of space and money that was available. Only after 3 months of training with F.I.T. I have lost 12 pounds of body fat and my strength level has increased.
