Services: Ms. Fields works with clients to create the job they want by helping them improve their focus and direction, marketing skills, and increase their overall career satisfaction. She helps clients explore career options, match skills with career opportunities and overcome obstacles to change. She assists clients who need help with career and job choices, starting a new job right, and strengthening job search skills from resumes to interviews.
Ms. Fields provides career management services, job transition counseling and performance improvement coaching. She offers career check-ups to those developing their careers, or experiencing workplace issues, work/home balance issues, and long term career and life goals. Initial consultation last 45-minutes and cost $75. They are strategic and informational in nature and not intended to be a job placement service. In consultation, Ms. Fields will:

• Help you to identify your strengths, interests, motivations and needs.
• Suggest options you can explore outside your current career.
• Compare and discuss your assessment profiles
• Suggest ways to improve your job-search skills.
• Explore new strategies that could offer greater satisfaction and career success
• Suggest ways you can market yourself more effectively in today's market.
• Help you define short-term and long-range action plans.
• Give you a sounding board and support network.
