It was deceided that John Howland had done his duty and he was exonerated."3705 He died on 23 Feb 1672/73 at Kingston, Plymouth, MA; The 23rd of February, 1672, Mr. John Howland, Senior, of the towne of Plymouth, deceased. Hee was a godly man and an ancient professor in the wayes of Christ; hee liued vntill hee attained aboue eighty yeares in the world.
