As a member of the landlords association you will receive our monthly newsletter the GLLA Communicator. Members also enjoy discounts on goods and services at participating vendors including; insurance, mortgages, hardware, lead paint testing etc. Additionally you will automatically become a member of the statewide organization The Mass Rental Housing Association, and recieve their newsletter.

We meet every 2nd Wednesday of the month (except July and August) between 7:00 and 10:00pm at the Holiday Inn, in Tewksbury (Rt 495 to exit 39, Rt 133). The meetings include interesting and informative speakers, on such topics as, fair housing laws, FHA 203k and HUD loans, asset protection, landlording software, evictions and collections, and lead paint.
