The Undertaker is a character that is portayed by veteran Pro Wrestler, Mark Calloway. Prior to coming to the WWF in 1990, Mark wrestled in the WCW, USWA Texas Unified Wrestling and CWA under
other character portrayals. He has also wrestled in the All-Japan and some independant circuts. No other role by Callaway would endeavor so much and inspire so many fans as the Undertaker. This is truly a
role that all of his pain and hard work led him to an d took him to the top of the biggest sports entertainment industry today He is truly a Phenom and an awesome site to watch.
His brother is played by Glen
Jacobs, He has been in the WWF two other times. Although Glen's previous stints as Isaac Yankem and the fake Diesel were flops, the character of Kane was finally his niche and also a homerun for the WWF. Jacobs
once wrestled Undertaker under the name, Unibomb in 1995 while the Undertaker was on loan to the USWA for some appearances. Callaway and Jacobs spent some seven months prior to Kane's arrival in October of 1997
rehearsing their battles.

Remeber the Fake Undertaker from May of 94 to SummerSlam 94.....? That was lifelong best friend of
Mark's, Brian Harris, a.k.a. Brian Lee. He is also known as PrimeTime Brian Lee and Chainz. Brian was Mark's best Man at his wedding and the motorcycles ridden by DOA were reportedly from Callaway's collection. He
has since been let go by the WWF. |
