3-D Winter Scene

It was a very cold winter day, shortly after sunrise, when I saw this nice field plant covered with frost. The sun backlit the scene nicely, and allowed me to pick up the texture in the snow. (that's right, it's snow) Then while I was deciding what print I liked best, I discovered that these two images were taken from almost the same place. This allowed me to make a stereogram by placeing them next to each other. To see the 3-D effect, allow your eyes to cross slightly while looking at the image. You will see three images. Concentrate on the middle one, and allow the image to "lock" together. Your eyes will want to do this when you have the right angle of view and eye "crossing". Warning!! do not allow anyone to slap you on the back while using this technique!! Your mother and I have warned you!! Just kidding of course.
