As for me, I shall behold Thy face in righteousness
2Cor 3:7-18

As for me I shall behold,
Thy face in righteousness,
And I shall be satisfied,
And I shall be satisfied,
When I awake,
With Thy likeness.

As we all with open face,
Beholding as in a glass,
The glory of the Lord,
Are changed into the same image,
From glory to glory even as by,
The Spirit of the Lord.

Take away the veil of the flesh.
See the church with eyes of the Lord;
See the glory of the Lord.
Be transfigured to His image,
From glory to glory even as by,
the Spirit of the Lord

As we discern His Body, His Temple,
Each part set in their right place.
Though hidden from the world,
His glory's revealed,
From glory to glory as we begin,
To behold more and more of His face.

Yield to His Spirit, from faith unto faith,
'Til His pattern is the only one.
The flesh shall all vanish,
In the light of His glory,
from glory to glory, transfigured by,
The Spirit of the son.

the transfiguration, view Bible verse context

18  But we all, with open (unveiled) face beholding as in a glass (mirror) the glory of the Lord, are changed (transfigured) into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

7  But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:
 8  How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?
 9  For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.
 10  For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.
 11  For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.
 12 ¶ Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:
 13  And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:
 14  But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
 15  But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
 16  Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
 17  Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
 18  But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Open = Unveiled
The Greek word used here is anakalupto {an-ak-al-oop'-to}
  1) to unveil or uncover (by drawing back a veil)

There is only one reference to a veil in Scripture to identify what it typifies: it is a type of the flesh.

Changed = transfigured
metamorphoo {met-am-or-fo'-o}  AV - transfigure 2, transform 1, change 1; 4
 1) to change into another form, to transform, to transfigure
 1a) Christ appearance was changed and was resplendent with divine brightness on the mount of transfiguration

This word, which indicates a metamorphosis, is used only three times in the Bible.  Christ's transfiguration on the mount, here, and Romans 12:2  "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed (transfigured) by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
