| Rainforest Conservation YMCA Earth Service Corps Their Activities section has lesson plans on a variety of environmental topics. "Forest Roleplay" can be used with all age groups. "Web of Life" can be used with other animals, but this classic ecology lesson is shown here with organisms from the rainforest. The Rainforest Workshop This excellent page was designed by Virginia Reid and her class at Thurgood Marshall Middle School in Olympia, Washington. It has good pages about both the temperate and the tropical rainforests. I would recommend this site for the third and fourth grades. If you like my graphics, please don't take them!
