(Overdue) Details on RB Winter Fortifications.

The Bethlehem Steel Plant began turning out rebuilt vehicles, alcohol, and simple firearms.  One such piece was the Liberator II, an updated version of a WWII-era design.  Liberators were stamped out of sheetmetal at an incredible rate, and were air-dropped to partisans in Occupied Europe and Asia.
